Client portalPro
One link. No login. Your clients see everything.
Every client gets a private portal URL you can send in an email or put in your signature. They open it and see live project status, their invoices, shared files and anything you've asked them to approve — without creating an account, remembering a password, or installing anything.
You choose what's visible per task, so work in progress stays private until you're ready. If a client needs more privacy than an unguessable link gives, add a password to the portal in one click.
Invoicing & payments
Send an invoice. Get paid by card or bank transfer.
Build an invoice from tracked hours, logged expenses, flat fees, or all three. Send it and your client gets a clean email with a Pay button that takes card and — once you enable it — ACH. Money lands in your own Stripe account, not ours.
Recurring invoices go out on a weekly, monthly or quarterly schedule without you touching them. Payment reminders send themselves on a cadence you set, before and after the due date, and stop the moment the invoice is paid.
Time tracking
Log hours. Bill them without retyping anything.
Start a timer when you sit down, or add hours after the fact. Entries attach to a project so you always know what's been worked and what's been billed.
When it's time to invoice, pull unbilled entries straight in — they're marked as billed automatically, so the same hour can't quietly get invoiced twice.
Expenses
Track costs. Rebill the ones a client owes.
Log an expense against a project, attach the receipt, and categorise it. Mark it billable and it shows up in the next invoice you build for that client.
Recurring costs — hosting, software, a co-working desk — get logged on a schedule so your profit figures stay honest without monthly data entry.
Contracts & e-signaturesPro
Send an agreement. Get it signed the same day.
Write a contract from a plain-language starting point, send it, and your client signs in the browser. No printing, no scanning, no third-party signing account for either of you.
Every signature is recorded with the time it was made, the address it came from and the email the link was sent to, and that record is written into the signed copy both of you keep.
Tasks & approvals
Ask for a decision. Get it in writing.
Move work across a board, make a task visible to the client, and ask them to approve it. They respond in the portal and the answer stays attached to the task.
Clients can raise requests from their side too, so "can you also do X" arrives as something you can quote and schedule instead of a message lost in a thread.
Finance dashboardPro
See exactly where your money stands.
Revenue for the period, what's outstanding, what's overdue, and what you've worked but not yet billed — on one screen, without a spreadsheet.
Profit and loss accounts for your expenses, and an end-of-year tax summary exports the income and deductible costs your accountant asks for.
Calendar
One view of what's due and what it's worth.
Deadlines, tasks and invoice due dates in one calendar, so a week that looks quiet but ends with three deliverables stops being a surprise.
Filter by client when you need to see one engagement on its own, or hide the kinds of item you are not thinking about today.
