- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — no credit card required, no trial period. The free plan is yours to keep. You only pay if you want unlimited clients, Stripe payments, and the full feature set.
- What happens when I hit the free plan limits?
- You can still access all your existing data. To add more clients or projects, upgrade to Pro.
- Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you won't be charged again. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
- Do my clients need to pay anything?
- No. The client portal is always free for your clients to use. There are no per-client fees.
- Are there transaction fees on invoices?
- Frelo doesn't charge transaction fees. Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply to online card payments.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately.
